Please look before you bid as all bids made are final and subject to these terms and conditions. Items are sold AS-IS, where is with no warranty expressed or implied by the auction company. Important: Emails with invoices and a link for our ONLINE PICKUP SCHEDULE SYSTEM are sent at the conclusion of the auction to veriffy and confirm purchases with an invoice. If your account shows you as the winner of an item, and you do not receive an email, check your spam folder. If you do not find it there, please contact us. Pickup is by appointment only and is contactless
PICKUP TERMS: Items picked up at our pickup are subject to the same terms and conditions as items would be on a live auction floor. We do not guarantee items to be in boxes. Visual inspection should be done before you leave the premises. We are not responsible for loading or securing any items. The buyer must make sure that all items are loaded to their specifications. It is the buyers responsibility to be sure that all of the correct items are loaded and they are in acceptable condition before leaving the premises and must sign off on the invoice which will be kept by Ogle Auctions for proof that you got your items. Please bring help to assist in the loading process. The auction company can not be responsible for items after they leave the facility.
Items left over 14 days are considered abandoned and can be resold in a following auction THERE ARE NO REFUNDS GIVEN FOR ABANDONED ITEMS THAT ARE RETURNED TO THE AUCTIONHOUSE OGLE AUCTIONS!
An online bid is a legally binding contract to purchase, if you do not agree with the terms of the auction DO NOT BID. The auction company, consignors nor the hosting company will be responsible for any discrepency in bidding, missed bids, internet outages or disputes of price.
The auction company reserves the right to correct any and all errors that could happen before or during the auction including typographical, clerking errors or any errors caused by loss of an Internet connection or removal of any item up to the time of final sale. All questions regarding merchandise should be asked before the auction begins.
You will receive an invoice via email within 24 hours of the auction ending. On that email is a link you need to click and it will allow you to schedule an appt for pickup! Pickup will be made by a link attached to your emailed invoice. You can book your time there.. Our pickup is all NON-CONTACT-you pull up at your appt time, honk and we place your items on a table or beside the table, then you can get out and grab your items! Easy, safe and simple!
We also have an easy shipping option on most items.

NO PAYPAL, MONEY ORDERS OR ANY OTHER ELECTRONIC TRANSFER ACCEPTED. ANY WIRE TRANSERS WILL HAVE THE BANK FEES PAID FOR BY THE BUYER
All items will be invoiced and must be paid in full before or on the pick-up date.
We also have a shipping option so please contact us for that info. If you need shipping, the local Pak Mail store will receive the items the week of pickup, and you will pay us for the items and Pak Mail will reach out to you directly and you pay them for shipping.
